Russ McMeekin
Co-Founder, President & Chief Executive Officer
Russ McMeekin is the CEO/President of mCloud Technologies Corp., and was previously a founding partner of Energy Knowledge Inc. that invested in and acquired energy software assets. Energy Knowledge was acquired by Yokogawa Electric Corp. Tokyo, a major industrial technology company.
McMeekin went on to serve as Executive Chairman of Yokogawa Venture Group and was the co-founder of Industrial Knowledge, a wholly owned Yokogawa subsidiary that leads advanced technology M&A and operations. Yokogawa’s global network of 88 companies spans 56 countries. Founded in 1915, the US$3.5 billion company engages in cutting-edge research and innovation.
McMeekin served at Honeywell International (NYSE: HON) for 11 years in various capacities, including President of Internet and Advanced Software worldwide. He also led Honeywell’s Advanced Software Division in Asia Pacific, building satellite offices in India, Australia and Korea, and led a joint venture in China from 1992 to 1996.
He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Viafone, Inc., a private venture-funded wireless enterprise software company. Viafone was acquired by Sybase and then by SAP.
McMeekin started his career at a University of Ontario Computer Aided Design Venture (SACDA, Inc.) which was acquired by Honeywell in 1992.

Costantino Lanza
Co-Founder, Chief Growth & Revenue Officer
Costantino (“Tino”) Lanza is mCloud’s Chief Growth and Revenue Officer and looks after corporate strategy, business development, and technology. In addition, he holds responsibility for leading development of the US market. Lanza is a former partner of Energy Knowledge, Inc. and is well-versed in applying advanced technologies to traditional asset intensive industries.
He brings with him many years of direct experience, most recently with Yokogawa Venture Group, where he led the integration of KBC Advanced Technologies, Yokogawa’s largest ever acquisition.
Lanza has served in leadership roles at Honeywell and ExxonMobil before becoming CEO of INOVx Solutions from 2006 to 2015, where he applied 3D technologies to improve the performance of assets in industries that include oil and gas and petrochemical.
Lanza holds a BS and MS degree in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University.

Chantal Schutz, CPA, CA
Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President
Chantal Schutz is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at mCloud, having joined in May 2019. Ms. Schutz is a Chartered Professional Accountant and has over 20 years of financial and operating experience.
Having held leadership roles in both private and publicly traded companies of varying sizes and sectors, she has deep expertise in strategic planning, financial reporting and corporate development. Ms. Schutz began her career articling for both KPMG and PwC, and most recently held the role of Chief Executive Officer at Vancouver-based NYCE Sensors.
She currently sits on the board of Clean Seed Capital Group (CSX.V) and NYCE Sensors.
Having held leadership roles in both private and publicly traded companies of varying sizes and sectors, she has deep expertise in strategic planning, financial reporting and corporate development. Ms. Schutz began her career articling for both KPMG and PwC, and most recently held the role of Chief Executive Officer at Vancouver-based NYCE Sensors.
She currently sits on the board of Clean Seed Capital Group (CSX.V) and NYCE Sensors.

Barry Po, Ph.D.
Chief Marketing Officer & Executive Vice President
A veteran of both startups and enterprise business, Barry has led global product teams operating in over 80 countries and has held leadership roles at some of the world’s most valuable brands. Prior to mCloud, he was head of product, marketing, and business development at NGRAIN, where he played a key role in taking the business to a successful exit. Barry graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Ph.D. in Computer Science in 2005.
His accomplishments have been recognized through numerous awards. He held an NSERC Industrial R&D Fellowship, is a two-time winner of the annual Communications Award from the B.C. Advanced Systems Institute (now the B.C. Innovation Council), and was a nominee for the Governor-General’s Gold Medal. In the press, he has appeared in Popular Mechanics, Inc Magazine, and Singularity Hub.
Barry is active in the Vancouver high-tech community as a guest speaker, mentors budding entrepreneurs and innovators, and serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board in the Faculty of Communications, Art, and Technology at Simon Fraser University.

Jim Christian
Chief Product Officer and Chief Technology Officer
An industry veteran of over 35 years, Jim Christian is mCloud’s Chief Product and Technology Officer, where he leads mCloud’s product development and Live Operations business and works to bring emerging technologies into mCloud’s mainstream product business.
Jim holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in chemical engineering from the University of Michigan, where he wrote his thesis on chemical reactions while condensing. Since then, Jim has worked in both engineering and IT fields, specializing in oil & gas operations, digital twins, information visualization, and software development.
Jim started his career at ExxonMobil where he worked on global advanced technology initiatives before taking on a role at ExxonMobil’s leading petrochemical plant. He then held a variety of senior roles at Honeywell, as a product manager for Honeywell’s global portfolio of innovative software and cloud solutions. Most recently, Jim played a key role in solution development for the XHQ cloud intelligence software suite at Siemens.
Jim holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in chemical engineering from the University of Michigan, where he wrote his thesis on chemical reactions while condensing. Dave Weinerth
Executive Vice President & President, AssetCare Solutions
Dave Weinerth is mCloud's Executive Vice President and President for AssetCare Solutions globally and has been with the Company since 2018. Dave previously held executive positions with Silicon Valley technology firms such as the high-profile PARC, a Xerox Company in Palo Alto, SCIenergy in San Francisco, along with several early-stage technology companies in the cleantech space.
Dave graduated from the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY with a degree in engineering management and received an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.

Michael Allman
Chairman & Independent Director
Michael Allman is a highly-accomplished CEO and Chairman, with extensive experience in growing, restructuring and optimizing business strategies and operations for Fortune 300 companies and top-tier consulting firms around the world.
He was recently the COO of Bitstew, Inc. a leading IoT cloud company acquired by GE Digital. Allman previously served as President and CEO of Southern California Gas Company.
He has a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Michigan State University. He is a Certified Management Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor.

Elizabeth MacLean
Independent Director
Elizabeth (“Betsy”) MacLean is Chief Financial Officer for Newgioco Group, Inc., a vertically integrated leisure-gaming technology company headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
MacLean has more than 20 years of experience leading finance teams in various industries in both the United States and the United Kingdom. Since September 2016, she has served as the Treasurer of H. MacLean Realty Company, Inc.
Since August 2018, MacLean has served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Ottawa. She earned an MBA in Global Finance from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Chicago.

Ian Russell

Ian Russell has long held a prominent position in the investment industry, both on a domestic and global level. He is President and CEO of the Investment Industry Association of Canada (IIAC), a position he has held since the IIAC's inauguration, April 2006.
Russell is a prolific writer and columnist, both in industry publications and newspapers with national reach. He is also a frequent commentator in the media, and a sought-after presenter and speaker on industry issues and developments that are critical to the Canadian economy.
His involvement in the investment community is active on an international scale:
-Chair of the International Council of Securities Associations (ICSA) from 2014 to 2017
-Designated leader of the Canadian mission to the Asia Financial Forum (AFF), sponsored by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council and Hong Kong government
-Invited guest and regular participant at Cumberland Lodge Financial Summit, attended by European and International leaders to explore future policy and regulation of European capital markets.
Prior to his appointment at the IIAC, Ian was Senior Vice-President, Industry Relations and Representation, at the Investment Dealers Association of Canada (IDA). In his more than 20-year tenure with the IDA and the IIAC, he has participated actively in many committees and working groups involved in regulatory and tax issues related to the securities industry and capital markets in Canada. Ian spent nearly a decade of his career at the Bank of Canada and worked as a financial analyst at the highly respected international publication The Bank Credit Analyst.
Russell has an Honours degree in Economics and Business from the University of Western Ontario, and a postgraduate degree (MSc Economics) from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He has completed the Partners, Directors and Seniors Officers Qualifying Examination and is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute.

Dina Alnahdy
Independent Director
Alnahdy is a sought-after Saudi executive, leader, and board member passionate about innovation, the environment, and sustainable business. She is globally renowned for her expertise and viewpoints on the circular economy and holds numerous leadership roles in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and abroad. She plays a key role in helping realize the national ambitions of Saudi Vision 2030, in close alignment with mCloud’s recently announced partnership with Google Cloud and the Company’s ongoing relationship with Aramco to achieve decarbonization goals in the Kingdom.
Currently, Alnahdy is Founding Board Member and CEO of ENTEC Environmental Technology, a national consulting and environmental service company based in Jeddah. Alnahdy serves as a Board Member at the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry with appointments to the Chamber’s Executive Committee and Industrial Sectorial Council. She is also Chairwoman of the Circular Economy Company, enabling businesses worldwide to adopt innovative practices that “turn excess into assets.”
Her storied career includes a term as Board Member to the International Technical Female College in Jeddah and she has lent her expertise to the G20 by way of roles as the Co-Chair of the Action Council on Sustainability and Global Emergencies for the B20 Summit in Italy and serving on the Energy, Sustainability, and Climate Task Force for the Saudi Secretariat to the G20. She has also served as a LEED Consultant to the US Green Building Council.
She is a graduate of the executive program on Circular Economy and Sustainability Strategies from the University of Cambridge, and executive programs in Negotiation Dynamics and Women’s Leadership from INSEAD along with an honorary doctorate from the United Nations in Environmental Sustainability.
Alnahdy also holds a Guinness World Record for the world’s largest handprint painting – a 10,000 square-meter map of Saudi Arabia made with 1.2 million green handprints, printed on environmentally-friendly canvas, and presented to the late King Abdullah on Saudi National Day in 2013.
