mCloud's System Lifecycle Evaluation process encompasses a combination of site data gathering, stakeholder interviews, and interfacing with software and equipment manufacturers and representatives to determine product and system lifecycle support timelines and migration alternatives.

From a high-level perspective, mCloud's System Lifecycle process includes, but is not limited to:

  • identifying major and critical systems within the asset (including specific equipment and software models and versions)
  • developing a risk matrix based on probability of equipment and system failure and the resulting negative impact on operations
  • evaluating upgrade requirements and potential upgrade risks
  • preparing strategies with prioritization and associated costs for short, medium, and longer multi-year system improvements and migrations

The end result of the System Lifecycle Evaluation process is to produce a Lifecycle strategy plan that provides high value to our clients in support of their risk analysis and business planning and budgeting process.
